The Electrician of the Maintenance Team shall perform the following duties:
- Overseeing the operations of all electrical equipment such as generators, boilers, water filtration equipment, elevators, air conditioning, CCTV, telecommunications equipment, spa equipment, laundry equipment, etc.
- Duties related to deep wells and injection well operations and permits
- Maintaining water quality, water testing (including swimming pools), submitting tests according to schedules issued by relevant government authorities, developing and implementing water quality control procedures and contingency plans
- Receiving electrical and repair request from all departments and performing repairs and other necessary maintenance
- Recordkeeping concerning all electrical and equipment (installation and maintenance history, plans, blueprints, inspection records, etc.)
- Designating and maintaining all telephone extensions and extension numbers
- Audio / visual, lighting, electrical support for all functions
- Requesting purchases of material necessary for electrical and machinery maintenance and managing incoming and outgoing inventory
- Assigning electrical and machinery related project subcontractors and project management
- All duties related to fire prevention/fire fighting systems
- Developing and implementing policies and manuals in case of fire of other natural disasters
- Operating emergency contact network in the event of a fire or other natural disasters
- Performing periodic fire prevention inspections and developing and implementing inspection reports and improvement action plans
- Performing fire prevention/evacuation training and submitting training reports (in cooperation with the Education and Training team)
- CCTV data backup support and maintenance (in cooperation with the IT Team)
- Negotiating, managing and monitoring elevator maintenance agreements
- Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management

Furthermore, the employee may only be assigned selective duties from the above descriptions or duties not listed in the above description.
Whenever necessary for the operations of the hotel, SWR may assign additional duties and/or transfer to new positions without advance notice, whether temporarily or permanently, as long as the rank, pay and benefits of the employees are maintained. Although SWR shall strive to discuss any changes to their duties with the employee before implementation, both SWR and employee recognizes the fact that such prearrangements are not always possible
